Velvet Stem and Leaf

Not only were the flowers gorgeous, but Vianney went above and beyond to deliver my surprise on my birthday. I had a schedule change and wasn’t expecting any deliveries, so was not at work to receive the beautiful bouquet. I suggested she could deliver them to an adjacent business for me to get the next morning, but Vianney insisted I should enjoy my flowers on my birthday. She drove all the way across town and delivered to my home. I’m so grateful for the exceptional service, and will be ordering flowers from here in the future!

⭐☆☆☆☆ These flowers were ordered for me as a memorial gift after my grandmother passed away. They were delivered on Sunday, and by Tuesday they were already rotting, with dry, shriveled leaves and dying blooms. I have honestly never seen fresh flowers deteriorate this quickly. This wasn’t just any bouquet. It was meant to honor the loss of someone I loved deeply, which makes the poor quality even more disappointing. When someone sends sympathy flowers, they should bring comfort, not additional disappointment. I would expect flowers to last at least a week or two with proper care, not begin dying within two days. I am extremely disappointed with the quality and would not recommend ordering from Velvet Stem and Leaf based on this experience
